SHIPPING

RUEX* is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive.

Taxes, where applicable, will be presented upon check-out.
We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.
International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees. Byruex.com has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

Order Cancellations:
Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support at hi@byruex.com.
You will be notified when your order is canceled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

RETURN POLICY​
All sales are final.
At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. RUEX* reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. Thank you.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at hi@byruex.comwithin 3 days of delivery.

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) via Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
You will receive a separate email including parcel tracking information once your order ships. Order processing and delivery is approximately 3-10 business days within the continental United States.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?
Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN BUY?
Due to the exclusivity of our products, some items may have limits placed on the maximum quantity that may be purchased in one transaction.
